1.2 Purchases made in Italy through the Website are managed by Taviani Firenze with the same company details as above.

3.3 If the User is registered to a Service requiring prior authentication (e.g., MyTAVIANIFIRENZE Account), they agree to immediately notify Taviani Firenze if they suspect unauthorized access to their account or that their password has been compromised. The User is solely responsible for any use of the account attributable to them, including failures to adopt adequate password protection measures.

3.4 Without prejudice to any other remedy under law or the Terms of Use, in case of a User’s violation of these Terms, Taviani Firenze may cancel registration or subscription, block the account, and/or deny, limit, suspend, or revoke the User’s access to the Website and Services.

4. Creation of a Taviani Firenze Profile

4.1 Taviani Firenze seeks to provide its Users with a unified experience regardless of how they interact with us. Among available services, the User may create a Taviani Firenze profile. This profile does not provide an interface unless the User also creates a MyTAVIANIFIRENZE Account, which grants access through a password-protected interface.

4.2 Creating a Taviani Firenze profile allows the User to:
(i) facilitate purchases;
(ii) benefit from loyalty initiatives, including personalized product suggestions, exclusive offers, and invitations to events;
(iii) receive tailored customer service based on their purchase history or previous interactions;
(iv) enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including style advice and product recommendations;
(v) with consent, receive marketing communications and promotional content (with the option to opt out at any time).

4.3 By creating a profile, the User agrees to provide and maintain accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and not permit unauthorized access.

4.4 The User is responsible for all activities carried out under their Taviani Firenze profile.

4.5 If Taviani Firenze has reason to suspect that information provided relates to another person, it may suspend or delete the profile.

5. Duration and Termination

5.1 Registration or subscription becomes effective once the procedure is completed.

5.2 These Terms remain effective for as long as the User uses the Website or Services.

5.3 The User may withdraw at any time by requesting deletion of their profile via info@tavianifirenze.com.

5.4 Taviani Firenze may suspend or terminate registration or subscription immediately in case of serious breach of these Terms.
